Custom food is the perfect way to remember neighbors and friends for their help, friendship and celebrations; bringing home a new baby, after an illness or hospital stay and for offering condolences during bereavement.

Custom Chef Services

CATORI cuisine can be delivered and set up and served or can be prepared on location. All food is chef prepared and presentation is customized.
Chef specialties: French, Italian, Mediterranean, and experience with other genres. Most any food preference, CATORI can prepare, depending on ingredient availability and client budget. CATORI sources locally by season and is willing to order special ingredients, meats, and seafoods.

Staging

While all food is beautifully styled and artistically presented CATORI also warehouses linens, cutlery, china, trays, glassware in limited quantities and in a variety of styles and is able to create thematic florals and lighting to stage and style your table or event. CATORI is passionate about every detail!
